Course summary

Lean Sigma introduces the methods and tools used in both techniques as applied for interpretation of customer requirements for service design and operations in all industry sectors such as Public Service, Healthcare, Biopharma, insurance, hospitality, Charities, Software, Call Centre Service and Manufacturing. Candidates pursuing the Lean Sigma Practitioner Programme will be capable of applying Lean and Six Sigma principles and tools to drive improvements and show measurable results. The programme will consist of assessment of theory by examination, as well as assessment of practice by portfolio. The portfolio is based on the achievement of certain class project milestones by candidates, as defined by the programme requirements.
