ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

This programme requires that applicants have completed a Level 7 degree in a culinary discipline (or have extensive industry experience that warrants entry into an advanced programme). 

 

 

Course summary

The Bachelor of Business (Honours) in Culinary Entrepreneurship will provide knowledge and expertise to participants that will assist to equip food or culinary businesses with the strength to further grow and develop their business operations to meet future demands.

Fee: €3,000 total (€1,500 to be paid in September &  €1,500 to be paid in January)
