World renowned venture capitalist Vitaly Golomb to address Internet of Things Conference

World renowned venture capitalist, Vitaly Golomb, is in Cork next Monday, January 22nd, to address Cork Institute of Technology’s Nimbus Research Centre’s “Beyond the Internet of Things – How to harness the next wave of digital technology and investment.”
Golomb who is a serial entrepreneur, is also a best selling author and one of the gurus behind HP Tech Ventures, the corporate venture arm of Silicon Valley’s original start up that focuses on global, early stage, investments in frontier technology.
The Opening Remarks at Beyond the Internet of Things will be given by Dr Orla Flynn, VP for External Affairs at CIT and other speakers include Mr Brandon Donnelly, CEO of SteriTrack and Mr Stuart Hillston, Mentor and CEO Con Cap.
Internet of Things TED Talk Mentor, Prof. John Barrett, will talk on how the Internet of Things can shape our future.
Registration for the event, at Páirc Uí Chaoimh, is from 9am on Monday next, January 22nd. Vitaly Golomb is due to talk at 2pm.
