Four CIT students have been short-listed to the 23rd Annual International Medical Engineering Project Competitions which take place on 23 February 2011 in Birdcage Walk, Westminster, London.
The Corin Group Prize for Best Healthcare Technology Project
The Corin Group Prize for Best Healthcare Technology Project is open to recent graduates (2010), third/fourth year undergraduates and taught Masters degree students, who have completed or are working on a project in healthcare technology.
Final year mechanical engineering degree student, Mark Quigley’s capstone undergraduate project concerns Contact Lens Manufacturing Process Optimisation and is being carried out in conjunction with Bausch and Lomb, Waterford.
JRI Medical Engineering Poster Presentation Competition
Three students have been invited to exhibit at the JRI Medical Engineering Poster Presentation Competition.
