CIT Pedometer Challenge 2011

CIT Pedometer Challenge began on Monday 21st February, with over 100 students and staff signed up to this physical activity initiative. All participants must wear a pedometer for the next four weeks and submit their weekly step count to the CIT Gym Staff. The challenge is aimed at increasing physical activity through walking, donations to the Irish Cancer Society are also encouraged.

This week two organised walks will take place:
Monday 1.10pm - 1.50pm meet outside CIT Sports-hall
Tuesday 5.10pm - 6.30pm meet outside CIT Sports-hall

Maher’s Sports will also be providing Gait Analysis in CIT Gym on the following evenings:
Tuesday 5.30pm - 7.30pm
Thursday 5.30pm - 7.30pm
