KEY DATES:
Wednesday August 14th
Leaving Cert results delivered to schools.
Results available online at examinations.ie from 12.00 noon.
Monday August 19th
CAO Round One offers released to candidates online at 6.00am. Offer notices sent by post to candidates, also to arrive on August 19th. Minimum points required for entry to each course will be available on CAO website from 6.00am.
Tuesday August 20th
Leaving Cert students who wish to view their examination scripts must complete the application form for reviewing of scripts and return it to their school by this date (20th Aug).
Monday August 26th - 5.15 pm
Closing date for receipt of acceptance of CAO Round One offers.
Wednesday August 28th
CAO will post Round Two offer notices to applicants, to arrive by post on Thursday, 29th August. The minimum points required for entry to each course will also appear on the CAO website at 6am.
Friday August 30th & Saturday August 31st
Students (along with one other person of their choice), have the opportunity to view their exam scripts in their school on either of these dates. The scripts cannot be viewed by anyone unless the student is present.
Wednesday September 4th - 5.15 pm
Closing date for receipt of acceptance of CAO Round Two offers. Also the closing date for receipt of Leaving Cert appeal applications from those who want their papers remarked.
Mid-October
Release of the results of Leaving Certificate appeals by the SEC.
Wednesday October 16th
CAO makes its final offers to students based on Leaving Cert appeals results
