Open Day

CIT Open Day is an ideal time for prospective students, and their parents, to sample the enormous range of courses and facilities on offer.
CIT offers 69 CAO course options for Entry 2012 and its rapidly expanding campuses is an exciting place to be.
Throughout the day, CIT held an extensive range of activities that were particularly beneficial to students selecting higher education courses and planning their future careers. The main features of the Open Day was a Careers Exhibition and a series of information sessions, workshops, demonstrations, exhibitions of student work and laboratory visits that took place in the various departments throughout the various campuses. Students took the opportunity of meeting with lecturers and students who answered queries and current students were on hand to recount their own personal experiences and offer advice. The visiting public also had the opportunity of seeing the extensive facilities available in CIT including extra-curricular activities. Organised tours were available in order to allow students to get a feel for the CIT campuses.
