Student feedback about online delivery of modules

  • Although it was all online you are kept engaged with others on the course and make really good connections and friends along the way. The course is focused and concise - perfect for anyone who needs a short part time course that delivers!
  • I didn't feel like I was missing out on anything by not being in a classroom, the online classes were very interactive.
  • The online experience, it actually felt like a classroom. Especially having a class WhatsApp group set up.
  • Classes were interactive, break out room sessions were frequent and very useful, everything was set up really well to keep us engaged and involved.
  • Online really suited my needs and allowed me to fully participate when otherwise it would have been a lot more difficult. Online is the future.
  • I have a busy job and busy family life. Online delivery afforded me enough time to fit this course in.
  • Did not have to juggle kids and work - could do it all at once.
  • I found the online surprisingly very good. There was good camaraderie between the group and lecturers.
  • It made it so easy. It's a full-on course and time consuming so the fact that we didn't have to travel to classes made it so much more doable.
  • The flexibility of not having to stress about travel or parking in order to attend the class. I was able to work late at work and still make the classes.
  • Not having to travel! It was great to be able to finish work and head directly to the Diploma online. I don't think I would have managed working from home and then having to travel to class.
  • That I could do it from home, saving both time and money, no hassle with travelling to MTU or parking.
  • No rushing in traffic after work to get to the campus. It gave a bit more flexibility to the course and gives back time to me as a student.
  • Being at home I can prepare the session as I feel it, taking notes on the computers or on paper. No stress having to move to go to the classroom.
  • That I did not have to travel again after classes - the joy of just being at home straight after!
