Freeing the Natural Voice

Kristin Linklater is one of the best-known teachers of voice production in the world of actor training. The Linklater Approach incorporates a series of
exercises, which aim to free, develop and strengthen the voice as a human instrument, developing resonance, clarity and responsiveness to impulses and emotion. The emphasis of the work is on the removal of the physical and psychological blocks which inhibit the human vocal instrument.
Regina Crowley, the first Designated Linklater Voice Teacher in Ireland, will lead this course.
This course is designed for professional actors, student actors, singers, teachers of voice and speech, teachers of acting and anyone interested in vocal
expression.
The course will take place at CIT Cork School of Music from 10am to 5pm.
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday April 7th, 8th and 9th
Saturday and Sunday April 17th and 18th
Course Fee: €55
