CIT Staff conferred with Fellowships and CIT Engineering Students rewarded by the President of Engineers Ireland

The President of Engineers Ireland, Bill Grimson, recently conferred the title of Fellow of the Institute on two CIT Staff members, Dr Noel Barry (Head of Academic Affairs, School Of Graduate Studies) and Dr Mary Moloney (Lecturer in the Department of Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering). The fellowship recognises the significant achievement of the conferees in engineering and their contribution to the profession.

The President also presented Institution prizes to the Students who achieved 1st in each of their Engineers Ireland accredited disciplines in CIT in 2015.

Not present on the night were Students Marcus Ryan (BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering) and Colin Levis (BEng (Hons) in Electrical Engineering).
