Event: Cork Lifelong Learning Festival 2009

The 6th Cork Lifelong Learning Festival takes place from Monday 30 March 30 to Sunday 5 April 2009.
The festival is the only one of its kind in Ireland – highlighting the variety of learning opportunities available in Cork City across all age groups, interests and abilities. Its motto is Investigate, Participate, Celebrate, and the public can do that by watching demonstrations, trying out skills, and seeing others, from the young to the old, show off what they are learning.
The Festival is supported financially by the City of Cork VEC, Cork City Council, FETAC (Further Education and Training Awards Council), Ballyphehane Credit Union, O'Callaghan Properties, FAS, CIT and the Evening Echo.
