10.00am – 11.00am

We will take you on a guided tour of our fabulous facility - taking in the library, with its panoramic views of the city, the drama suite, the state-of-the-art recording studio, the double bass studio, the percussion studio and the early music room.

At the end of the tour we will bring you to one of four presentations on the courses available, and how you can become a student here.  Each presentation lasts 20 minutes after which you can proceed to another.

Enjoy lunch in the offquay bistro (Ground Floor Concourse) to the sound of jazz.

1.10 p.m.  LUNCHTIME CONCERT 

The renowned Cork School of Music Symphony Orchestra will perform for you in the splendid Curtis Auditorium under its conductors Conor Palliser and Dr Geoffrey Spratt, Director, CIT Cork School of Music.

Not to be missed, this is a rare opportunity to experience live the famous “Overture” to William Tell by Rossini, as well as Schumann’s Piano Concerto, with soloist, current Masters student Danusia Oslizlok.
