CIT Partners with TAR UC for International Conference

CIT is partnering with TAR UC (in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) for its annual conference in October 2016. Staff from CIT will present two papers, one titled "Micro-learning - adopting digital pedagogies to facilitate technology enhanced teaching and learning for CPD" by Darragh Coakley and Roisin Garvey, and the other, by Dr Gearóid Ó Súilleabháin, is titled “Better Assessment Through Online Video: The Development of An Assessment Productivity App”. This will be Tunku Abdul Rahman University College’s fourth International Conference on Learning and Teaching (TIC2016) with the theme of "Empowering 21st Century Learners Through Holistic and Enterprising Learning"
The objectives of the conference are to promote collaborative research, sharing of experiences, knowledge and expertise in the following areas:
- Globalised Online Learning
- Methodologies and Strategies for Holistic and Enterprising Learning
- Curriculum Enhancement and Pedagogical Models
The conference will comprise of keynote addresses, peer-reviewed papers, plenary sessions, posters and workshops over the duration of two days.
