Offering large city centre studio space, innovative approaches to teaching, and professional experience through collaborative projects, this intensive programme creates an environment for students to investigate, develop and reposition their art practice.

Exercise and Health Research Cluster invites applicantsClosing date: Friday, 5th October, 2012 Please click here for more information An Exercise and Health Research Cluster has recently been established in the School of Humanities at Cork Institute of Technology (CIT). Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to undertake research as part of this team.Applicants for the bursary should have a relevant honours degree (minimum 2H1) in Recreation and Leisure, Health Promotion, Sport Science, Nutrition, P.E. or a related discipline. Candidates should also possess good writing and communication skills, and be highly motivated. Successful applicants will be registered for an MA by research in CIT, the bursary will cover fees for two academic years (2012/13 – 2013/14).As part of the application process, a brief research proposal in the area of Physical Activity and Healthy Eating Promotion at Primary School will be required.
