CIT will host the IDFPA (Irish Drug Free Powerlifting Association) Single Lift National Championships which is been sponsored by Bank of Ireland. This is the first time CIT will host this event and the top powerlifters from across the country will be on show. CIT will also be very well represented with over 30 members of the CIT Powerlifting Club taking part.
The competition will take place in the Sports Hall, Bishopstown Campus from 10am and all support will be very welcome. Admission is free for spectators.
