The Master of Arts in Human Resource Management is a one-year full-time, or two-year part-time Level 9 programme.
The programme aims to deliver graduates with the best mix of practical skills and strategic level theoretical knowledge to ensure that they are ready to assume middle and senior management level roles in industry.
The MA in HRM add-on aims to equip graduates with the knowledge and skills necessary to advance their HRM career. Many candidates on the part-time programme already work in the HRM field and are aiming to progress to higher level positions. Some are progressing from the BA (Honours) in HRM, whilst others hold cognate qualifications. Those entering the full-time programme are expected to be new graduates of cognate Level 8 programmes, who have studied HRM modules at undergraduate level and have a desire to enter the HRM profession. This is a 90 ECTS programme and includes modules which will give students a thorough understanding of the HRM profession and expectations of same, in today’s business world.
On successful completion of the MA in Human Resource Management, graduates may apply for advanced level membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD).
The programme fees total €5,500 full-time and €5,900 part-time.
